Avenue Whisper could be a class apart from her rivals on debut at Sale.
Sale R3 No.1 - AVENUE WHISPER
Genuine blue-blood this filly and I think she will be winning on debut, had a jumpout at Caulfield a few weeks back and sizzled around under very little riding. She draws nicely in gate 4 for Duric which allows him to be tractable, showed gatespeed in that recent hitout so it wouldnt shock me to see her lead them up. Either way keen she is pretty smart and could be a stakes-class filly in time!

Wyong R2 No.5 - HAIL THE CHIEF
Had five cracks at breaking the duck so far but meets as poor a field he's seen, so I think this could be his day. Was good fresh over the 1200m at Warwick Farm two weeks back when sitting on a genuine tempo and only getting collared late by a smart one, race on the day rated well (overall quicker than other 1200m 3yos on the day!) and he no doubts strips fitter. Has been competitive with Group class colts in town as a 2yo.

Mackay R3 No.1 - HIDENA MAN
Prepared to forgive this bloke on debut for Wieland two weeks ago when well backed, just wobbled and got a touch lost down the straight before fading meekly. Think he'll be so much better for the run and he should again lead them up, his best form in NSW has him easily accounting for this lot, comes up a shade of overs and keen to back him!
