Packenham R1 No.4 - KING AMONGST MANY

Handy horse this who was very good over 1300m two weeks back, chased hard from the rear of the field but couldnt quite reel in smart winner. Draws nicely to sit a touch closer and gets to the 1400m which should suit, previously went to down a horse sold for big money to Hong Kong when on debut at Morphettville. Form stacks up for this.

Packenham R3 No.7 - SHAKESPEAREAN LASS

Mare was quite good fresh over 1000m at Seymour six weeks ago, was caught in no mans land but stuck on gamely in what was an on-speed dominated race. Has beaten some seriously talented gallopers in the past and think the way the track plays should be ideal, will sit handy enough to the leaders and be too good for them. She's been kept fresh for this!

Hawkesbury R7 No.7 - LUCKY FISH

Was a pretty talented colt as a 2yo but just did so much wrong and has since paid the ultimate price (gelded). Recent trial at Randwick on a soft track was good (beating more seasoned gallopers) and based on that suggest he's returned in top order. On debut back in December last year was favourite for a very slick 2yo race at Moonee Valley! They've had an opinion of this horse for some time and keen if he bounces on the bunny he might be hard to beat.
