Tom Gilmore has selected two beauties for us to get on at Echuca
Like the way this bloke won here three weeks ago in whats proven to be a handy form race, runner-up has since come out and won well (and looks a promising horse going forward). He settled in the second half of the field that day off a muddling tempo and really came home with conviction over the top. The victory is better than what it looked considering pattern and he finds himself in another winnable race.
Really nice colt this and thought he breezed up in a jumpout at Caulfield Jan 12th in tremendous fashion, jumped well before improving under no riding to really run through the final stages beautifully (they ran good time for the morning). Was good fresh early last spring at Stakes grade in town at Moonee Valley behind a a smart one and he himself beat home El Greco and Odyssey Moon. Will roll forward from the wide alley and be too good form them.
