DUTCH COURAGE won over 1400m at Mildura on July 4 before sent out as a $4 favourite and third over 1412m at Sale on July 21. She drops 1.5kg on last start to 58kg with the claim of apprentice Stephanie Thornton.

NICCORAMA worked home strongly to post a 1 ¼ length win over 1200m on a Heavy 8 at the each-way odds of $4.20 at Warracknabeal on July 10. That was an impressive first-up win and again rates with claims.

TOORAK ROSE showed promise opening her career with a smart win over 1100m on a Heavy 10 at Moe on June 25. Then raised sharply in class when unplaced, but was supported from $21 into $14 at Caulfield on July 16.

FLEURIEU broke through for a maiden win over 1400m at Pakenham on July 7 before running fifth over 1300m at Geelong on July 22 when drew wide (11) and carried 57kg. Chance.

EDRAAK will be having his first start for a new stable. Latest he ran on well to finish second carrying 60.5kg at Pakenham on June 21. Drops 1.5kg here and rates well.

SCHNELLER held off a late charge to post a first-up win over 1000m at Sale on July 3. Will carry a big weight on 60kg but racing well.

BIAN LATE is a race-hardened seven-year-old who is down in class on last start sixth over 2000m at Flemington on July 23. Georgina Cartwright’s 3kg claim will see him carry 52kg.

WOOLSTHORPE STORE kept plugging away when finished second over 1200m in provincials last start. The gelding won over 1430m three starts back and with Chelsea Hall’s 2kg claim carries 59kg.

JUST CALL ME BRUCE has the addition of top jockey Damian Lane to offset his big weight on 61kg. Won well at Warrnambool on Heavy 10 two starts ago on July 10 and drawn the rail.
