Race 5 3:15pm YELLOWGLEN PROV & CTRY MAIDEN HANDICAP 1300m

FALLADA placed at Newcastle Beaumont resuming. Will be fitter and rates as one of the key chances from a good gate.

POET'S ADVOCATE put in an improved run second-up at Gosford finishing in the placings. Just needs even luck in-running from the gate to be right in the finish again.

LADY CHALFONT won her latest trial at Hawkesbury and the market should give us a better indication.

MY MILLY MOO resumes here and has won both her lead-up trials. The trials suggest that she’s improved.

SELECTIONS: No 2 FALLADA, No6 Poet’s Advocate, No13 Lady Chalfont, No14 My Milly Moo
Fallada - 1pt @ 9.00

Race 6 3.50pm MCWILLIAM’S WINES BENCHMARK 70 HANDICAP 1400m

COURTZA KING is finding it hard to get to the line first, but is very consistent at the same time. Looks well placed at this grade and one of the main chances.

MORE TO GAIN did a good job finishing a close second at Gosford when resuming. Fitter here and did run second at this trip at Kembla at the same stage of preparation last time in.

VENCEDORA is chasing a hat-trick of wins after successive victories at Goulburn and Wyong. Races on speed which is an advantage.

SONATA SONG is chasing back-to-back wins at Hawkesbury. The extra 100m looks a query, but does get in at the weights well.

SELECTIONS: No 4 COURTZA KING, No3 More To Gain, No7 Vencedora, No6 Sonata Song
Courtza King - 1pt @ 2.70

Race 7 4:25pm LE PETIT ROSE HAWKESBURY ROWLEY MILE 1600m

MCCREERY should be right at the peak of his fitness being fourth-up here. Dropped back in distance at Rosehill last start and it didn't suit. Right in the mix back up to the mile.

SWEET FIRE was well beaten both runs this time in but does have a solid third-up record and no surprise to see a sharp improvement.

DRAGON FLYER doesn't win out of turn but close up all three runs this time in and worth including in the wider exotics from a good gate.

WALTZING WILLIE has been close up in all three runs this preparation. Up in grade, but gets in on the minimum and worth including in the wider exotics.

SELECTIONS: No 4 MCCREERY, No3 Sweet Fire, No5 Dragon Flyer, No6 Waltzing Willie
McCreery - 1pt @ 2.50

Race 8 5:05pm HEINEKEN STAKES MAIDEN PLATE 1100m

MISSILE STRIKE led all the way to win latest trial at Rosehill. Has to be respected on debut from a good gate with the Hawkes polish.

GENETEAU resumes on the back of a runner-up finish in a Randwick trial. Finished a close second at Gosford when resuming last time in and looks a strong chance fresh.

BELLA VINO resumes after winning a recent Rosehill trial. Wasn't far from the winner in three metropolitan races before the break and gets his chance racing back in a provincial maiden.

FITNAH resumes for her new stable and should be fit enough after three solid trials. Didn't do a lot in two Victorian runs before heading north, but the trials suggest she is in for a much improved campaign.

SELECTIONS: No 11 MISSILE STRIKE, No13 Geneteau, No15 Bella Vino, No4 Fitnah
Missile Strike - 1pt @ 2.35
