Bendigo R6 No.2 - I'LL FLY AWAY

Beat a decent enough bunch on debut here in Australia at Benalla three weeks ago over the 1400m, only really got warm late after a checkered run in transit but did run through the line with authority. Suggest she'll take good benefit physically/1600m suits from the wide draw (gets through soft tracks!). If they're making ground off the fence then this mare will just gobble them up late. Fancy she's a city horse on natural ability.

Bendigo R7 No.10 - LEOTIE

Gee she's a nice filly this, win at Caulfield a month ago in good company ($80,000 race) was terrific and she's well on her way to a G1 Thousand Guineas start, no doubt if she's good enough (I'm sure she is) she'll be winning this. She's in on the minimum against a bunch of average older horses an

Wyong R2 No.1 - ASPEN STAR

Had plenty of chances to breakthrough but has seemingly (regularly) found one better, with that in mind thought his run fresh at Wyong two weeks ago over the 1350m was terrific. Probably had no right to stick on the way he did, gave me the impression he's ready to win and with the blinkers going on again/fitter now expect him to cross from the wide alley and take a considerable amount of beating. His best is good enough!
