Rory Jiwani landed a $11 shot in Round One, don't miss out backing his tips today.
Rajeev ‘Rampras’ Ram against Kevin Anderson threw up some very generous odds, and we look at Ram’s match again to supply us with a few winners. We’re adopting a very similar tactic for his second round clash with Stephane Robert. Robert completely dominated Frantangelo with his serve, setting up what could be a slugfest against Ram. We don’t get quite as much value this time round, but it’s still well worth backing the first set score to go all the way.
Aussie wildcard Tammi Patterson was outplayed by Ana Ivanovic in round one but Ivanovic has been in pretty poor form of late and will face a much harder task against Anastasija Sevastova. The Latvian won the last match played between this pair (although it was five years ago) and was a stand-out in the qualifiers. I’m very keen to take on the Serb, and I’m predicting an upset.
Danka Kovinic quite simply doesn’t stand a chance against Voctoria Azarenka, this match up could be one of the most one-sided in the competition. A first set bagel is well on the card for this one. Once again I will play the 6-0, 6-1 set score like I did in round one, just for insurance. My other pick is in the match between Johanna Konta and Saisai Zheng where the Brit, who was a star of the first round when knocking out Venus Williams, will sail through if she repeats that level of performance.
