Bon Dancer should making a winning debut in the opener at Moonee Valley.
Moonee Valley R1 No.8 - BON DANCER
Trialled really well at Cranbourne 23/11 in good time and was nominated for another race earlier this week, won by an inferior stablemate. Runner-up in that Cranbourne trial recently came out and won well which stands up for this test in town. Think she could be stakes-class filly in the making and from the soft draw tonight she'll be making a winning debut.

Moonee Valley R4 No.4 - AUNTY MO
Think this is a pretty serious mare, was nothing short of brilliant first-up at Sandown when leading all the way over the 1000m. 4th out of that race came out and won well yesterday and they ran serious time (0.8 seconds quicker/5.5 lengths than BM64 later in the day!). Will only be better for the run and the way track pattern plays at the Valley she should be mighty hard to beat.

Moonee Valley R5 No.4 - HEATHERLY
Was smacked late in betting fresh at Sandown, looked nothing but the winner with 100m to go before being mown down late. Was entitled to find a bit more in my opinion but still wasnt disgraced. Gets to the Valley/back to 955m which looks right up her alley. Last time here as a 2yo they smashed the clock and she went on to run very well in a Blue Diamond Prelude. Good filly, will win tonight.

Morphettville R1 No.8 - VICKI'S BOY
Was good on debut in town two weeks ago when stalking the leaders and only being run over late. They ran time not far off the older horses later in the day which sits well going forward. Strips fitter/better for the debut and gets in well at the weights with 55.5kgs. Drawn to not spend a penny in the run and keen better at the 1100m.

Rockhampton R4 No.1 - LEGAL PROCEDURE
Was really good first-up behind a horse that had been genuinely competitive in town. He looked a touch soft for that so he no doubt will be a major improver for the run and the fact he sticks here at Rocky/at the 1050m makes me even more bullish. He was runner-up here in a $50,000 race earlier in the year from an awkward draw and from todays alley looks to sit a touch closer to them. Pretty confident he goes close.
